My Trinity® device isn't working properly, how can I fix this issue?Updated a year ago

To ensure that the attachment is on your device correctly, please follow the simple steps below on how to remove and re-attach. I’ve also included a video link below which shows how to properly attach your attachment on. 1. Keep release button pressed in (on back of the device) as you remove attachment 2. When re-attaching keep release button pressed in as you are placing attachment back on your device. Once your attachment is fully on your device, release the button 3. Wiggle attachment to insure it is on securely 4. Turn device on
