Unfortunately, we do not have a repair facility. All NuFACE® Devices purchased through an authorized retailer come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your device is out of the 2-year warranty period, you'll be happy to know that we do offer Refreshed Devices, available for purchase directly on our website—they have the same amazing benefits as the NEW Devices, at a lower price point, along with a 2-year warranty!
