Resetting your Trinity is easy - just follow these simple steps:&#xA0;1: Remove the attachment from your Trinity Device by pressing the release button and pulling up on the attachment.2: Once the attachment is removed, clean the gold plate on the top of your Trinity Device with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.3: Place your device on the charging cradle and plug it in. Make sure the device is charging.&#xA0;4. Using a pushpin or paperclip, insert into the reset hole to the right of the serial number on the top of the device. Press for a few seconds and remove.&#xA0;5: Allow your device to charge for 12 hours before attempting to turn it on.If you are unable to reset or are still experiencing trouble with your device please contact client services at info@nuface.com.
