Follow these simple steps to troubleshoot your FIX Device:
1. Try a Different Outlet: Plug your device into a different wall outlet using a 5-Volt plug or into a computer USB port to ensure it is charging properly.
2. Charge for 4 Hours: Allow your device to charge for at least 4 hours.
3. Power your device back on to smooth and tighten skin in minutes.
