What is microcurrent technology?

Microcurrent is a low-level current that mimics the body's natural current, stimulating the muscles to provide both instant & cumulative anti-aging results.

How does simultaneous lengthening and shortening of muscles work?

Microcurrent normalizes the muscle and depending on the muscle, microcurrent will either lengthen or shorten.

What does 'energizing the facial muscles' mean?

This refers to energizing facial muscles like activating or exercising them.

Why do FDA regulations state not to use the microcurrent device on the temples?

Currently our devices are not indicated or intended to be used on the temples.

I'm not seeing instant results, advice?

Consistency is key to maintain your results. You should use the device for 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week for the first 6 weeks to see optimal results.

My skin is red and irritated, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal. We recommend adjusting the intensity to the lowest setting if experiencing sensitivity.

Can microcurrent cause or aggravate pigmentation?

Our gentle microcurrent does not stimulate the inflammatory pathway that would initiate the product of pigment, leading to hyperpigmentation. 

Is a metallic taste normal during treatment?

This taste is normal due to the detoxification process and will go away after a few treatments. Try lowering the intensity level to acclimate to the current.
