Your attachment may not work if it is not properly connected to your device. Follow these simple troubleshooting steps to ensure it's working properly:
1. Charge your device for a full 12 hours.
2. Remove the attachment from your device by pressing the release button on the back and pulling on the attachment.
3. After removing the attachment, clean the gold plate on the device with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab.
4. Reattach the attachment by pressing the release button and placing the attachment back on your device. Once your attachment is fully on your device, release the button.
5. Wiggle the attachment to ensure it is on securely.
6. Turn your device on and continue with your treatment.
