My attachment is not working. How can I troubleshoot?Updated a year ago
To ensure that the attachment is on your device correctly please follow the below simple steps on how to remove and re-attach. 1). Keep release button pressed in (on back of the device) as you remove attachment. 2). When re-attaching keep release button pressed in as you are placing attachment back on your device. Once your attachment is fully on your device release the button. 3). Wiggle attachment to insure it is on securely. 4). Turn device on.
