Where is the serial number located?

Your serial number is located at the top of the base device next to the gold connector plate, once removing the attachment.

How do I reset my device?

1. Remove the attachment from your device by pressing the release button and pulling up on the attachment
2. Clean the gold connector plate with rubbing alcohol and a cotton swab
3. Place device in charging cradle and plug in. Ensure device is charging.
4. Using a pushpin or paperclip, insert into the reset hole to the right of the serial number. Hold for 2-3 seconds & remove.
5. Allow device to charge for 12 hours without interruption before using.
