NuFACE devices and NuFACE skincare can be returned within 60-days of purchase. Refreshed (refurbished) NuFACE devices, attachments, and accessories are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded unless received damaged. All Gift Cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. If you received your product damaged during shipping, please save the damaged box and product(s) and initiate a return below. We can only issue refunds for NuFACE products purchased directly from NuFACE.com. If purchased from another retailer, please contact them directly for information on their return policy. For all refunds and returns, the serial number and proof of purchase are required.
