Prior to sunsetting the app, we released a firmware update that allows you to access all three treatment modes directly on your NUFACE Trinity+ device. To ensure your device is updated:&#xA0;<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">Open the App</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Accept the update</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Keep the app open until the update is complete. Closing the app or interrupting the process once started could result in disabling the device&#x2019;s functionality entirely.&#xA0;</li></ol>Note that this process is only required for TRINITY and MINI + and Classic devices. FIX Microwand devices do not require updates.&#xA0;You can now switch between the modes using the three intensity settings on the device itself:&#xA0;<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Instant-Lifting Mode</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Pro-Toning Mode</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Skin Tightening Mode</li></ul>This means you will still be able to use all treatment options without needing the app.&#xA0;Your device will continue to function normally, and you can find additional treatment guidance and routines on NUFACE.com and on our YouTube channel.&#xA0;
