How do I connect my TRINITY+ PRO to the NuFACE Smart App?Updated 7 months ago

Before you begin, make sure your TRINITY+ PRO Device is fully charged for at least 10 hours. Download the NuFACE Smart App and login using your username and password. Please note that your log in credentials for NuFACE.com will not work on the app, and you will need to create a new username and password for the app. 

Once you've logged in to your NuFACE Smart App account, you can pair your TRINITY+ PRO to the app by following these simple steps:

1. Turn on the Bluetooth setting on your phone. 

2. Remove your TRINITY+ PRO from its charging cradle.

3. Open the NuFACE Smart App and keep your device close (about 5 inches).

4. Turn on your device using the Power Button.

5. Tap “Add Device” at the top of your screen.

6. Follow the on-screen prompts, holding down the power button for about 3 seconds until you see three blinking lights. You’ll hear a gentle beep and see all three lights turn on. Continue pressing until the lights blink.

7. Wait for the “Bluetooth Pairing Request” pop-up message in the app.

8. Tap “Pair” to connect.

9. Once connected, you’ll see the “Successfully Paired” message.

10. Your TRINITY+ PRO is now paired in the NuFACE Smart App and you're ready to start lifting!
