Purchases directly from NUFACE are effortless to return through these steps:

1. Enter our Return Portal Here with your Order Number and Email
2. A pre-paid return label will be provided if Free Unlimited Returns were selected at checkout, otherwise you are able to purchase a return label through our Returns Portal at a discounted price.
3. Pack and ship your return back to us
4. Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be initiated back to the original form of payment
5. Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to process, depending on your financial institution.

Purchases made through Authorized Retailers will need to be returned through them directly.
