Once in checkout, select "Pay with HSA/FSA" (Flex) as your payment method. You will be prompted to complete a brief telehealth consult to confirm your eligibility to pay with HSA/FSA. A licensed provider will review your consultation, and within 2 hours of your purchase, Flex will email you both a Letter of Medical Necessity and receipt. Keep these documents for your records.

If you do not have access to your FSA or HSA card, complete your purchase with a regular debit or credit card and submit your itemized receipt to your FSA/HSA provider for reimbursement on your own.
