1. Confirm purchase was completed at an Authorized Retailer
2. Confirm date of purchase within two (2) years and shipping address in U.S. for eligibility
3. Request a Return Authorization through our Warranty Portal

Please note a Return Authorization number assigned by NUFACE is required prior to returning. Warranty Replacement turnaround is up to 15 business days from date of receipt.
