All NUFACE Devices purchased through an authorized retailer include a two (2) year warranty covering any manufacturer related concerns resulting from everyday use of the product. Devices must be returned within warranty timeframe and provide proof of purchase.

Warranty is void if product has been subject to:

  • Accident
  • Misuse or Abuse
  • Improper Maintenance, Storage or Care
  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
  • Any other use not found in the printed instructions

All international purchases outside the U.S. must be handled through your place of purchase. Please consult your receipt or retailer for warranty.
