To ensure that the attachment is on your device correctly, please follow the simple steps below on how to remove and re-attach:

1. Press and hold release button in (on back of the device) as your remove the attachment
2. When re-attaching, keep release button pressed in
3. Once attachment is fully on device, release button
4. Wiggle attachment to ensure secure fit
5. Turn device on
