How do I clean my devices?
Slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water to wipe down after every treatment, or for a deeper clean, you can use rubbing alcohol on a clean, dry cloth to wipe down your device. Do not submerge your device in or under water.

How do I purchase a replacement charger if I am located outside of the U.S.?
NUFACE does not currently have an adapter to charge your device outside of the U.S., however the standard non-polarized two-prong plug that comes with your device can be used with any standard travel adapter.
Can the device be stored in the bathroom at all times?
