Will the app be discontinued?Updated 7 days ago

Thank you for reaching out. Yes, the NUFACE Smart App will be discontinued. We understand that many clients have enjoyed using the app’s features as part of their treatment experience. 

While the app is sunset, your NUFACE device will continue to function as designed for manual treatments once you update your device. Treatment routines and guidance can still be found on NUFACE.com and on our YouTube channel. 

  1. Open the App
  2. Accept the update
  3. Keep the app open until the update is complete. Closing the app or interrupting the process once started could result in disabling the device’s functionality entirely. 

Note that this process is only required for TRINITY and MINI + and Classic devices. FIX Microwand devices do not require updates.
