We recommend registering your NUFACE Devices for a seamless warranty process. You will need your Device Type, Device Serial Number, & Proof of Purchase to complete registration. Register Device Here
How to file a Warranty Claim
Please note a Return Authorization number assigned by NUFACE is required prior to returning. Warranty Replacement turnaround is up to 15 business days from date of receipt.
