Do you have any charging recommendations?

Your NuFACE® Device runs on a rechargeable battery. We recommend a full-charge cycle of 12 hours if the battery power is drained completely.

How do I purchase a replacement charger?

How do I purchase a replacement charger if I am located outside of the U.S.?

NuFACE® does not currently have an adapter to charge your device outside of the US, however the standard non-polarized two-prong plug that comes with your device can be used with any standard travel adapter.

How do I clean my devices?

Slightly dampen a soft, lint-free cloth with water to wipe down after every treatment, or for a deeper clean, you can use rubbing alcohol on a clean, dry cloth to wipe down your device.

My Trinity® device isn't working properly, how can I fix this issue?

Do you offer repairs?

Unfortunately, we do not have a repair facility. All NuFACE® Devices purchased through an authorized retailer come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. If your device is out of the 1-year warranty period, you'll be happy to know that we

Does the Trinity® or the Trinity® PRO make a noise or beep when it needs charged?

The Trinity® PRO makes a "power-up" tone when placed on the cradle to charge. Then, the lights start blinking from left to right. If the battery is fully charged the LED lights will appear solid.
